Unique single-tube approach

Devyser’s unique single-tube format streamlines the workflow, reduces handling time and minimizes any risk of sample mix-up or contamination. One tube per sample avoids the need for sample splitting and supports a repeatable workflow for all sample types. The proprietary multiplex PCR primer chemistry provides full and uniform coverage of BRCA1 and BRCA2, covering all exons and exon/intron junctions. The kit uses overlapping primer design to ascertain superior indel coverage and downstream CNV analysis. Devyser BRCA NGS efficiently detects both germline and somatic mutations.

Devyser BRCA NGS is an end-to-end CE-IVD solution with integrated data interpretation software for fast, accurate result analysis.
