Introduction
The Hepatitis C Virus RT-PCR Kit constitutes a ready-to-use system for the detection of HCV
RNA using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on qPCR Instruments. The HCV Master contain
reagents and enzymes for the reverse transcription and specific amplification of a region of the
HCV genome, (98 bp product length) and for the direct detection of the specific amplicon in
fluorescence channel Cycling Green (FAM).
